A fine quality Victorian ten-light cut glass and silvered mounted chandelier, the flat diamond cut baluster stem with draping pan and drop hung canopy terminating with thistle top piece, the drop hung turnover receiver bowl surmounted by under canopy and terminating with thumb cut finial, the thumb cut candle arms are arranged in two tiers with drop hung drip pans, the chandelier hung with eight sided spangles and spear drop drapery, the draping pan suspending chains of unusual tent drops unique to Osler.
