Graham Slater was a noted collector of English pottery buying from key collections and select dealers over a period of 40 years from the 1980s until his death in 2024. His first hand knowledge of London pottery kiln sites and shards from the spoil heaps helped to identify distinct workshops through scientific endeavour.
