Large Ottoman Iznik Dish
10604 A large Ottoman Iznik dish decorated with saz leaves, painted on a white ground with a central scrolling leaf surrounded with tulips, carnations and stylised flower heads, the border with foaming waves and rocks, the back with small flower heads below a painted wavy rim border, the raised foot rim pierced for suspension. Restored, broken into four pieces.
